For years, I searched for non-invasive ways to help people recover and thrive.

In 2022, I heard the audible voice of God say:

"I. Want. My. People. Healed."

Each word sounded like a Commander-in-Chief giving an assignment.

That began a journey unlike anything I had ever experienced.

As the founder of Qgrit.org, my mission has always been to help people—especially those who have experienced severe trauma—discover practical tools that support hope, restoration, and a better quality of life.

I researched nutrition, grounding, frequency through music, light, essential oils, hydration, exercise, and many other approaches. Every one of them helped to some degree.

Then I discovered LifeWave.

I never expected a glass of water to become part of my life's mission.

Like my brain and body are returning to the original Maker's design—the way they were created to function before trauma changed everything.

For me, becoming whole is the best way to describe it.
